Emanate Legal focuses on the outcomes and solutions to resolve client issues.
Whilst offices are located in Townsville, Emanate Legal practices throughout Queensland. Emanate Legal delivers regular exposure to innovative Commercial Legal Areas.
Due to continuous strong growth of our practice, we require further Commercial Lawyers to join us – at least one (1) in each of the two (2) areas shown above. Ideally those Lawyers will have a background either in General Commercial Law or Town Planning Law.
The successful Applicants must possess exceptional communication skills and be able to work in a team environment with direct responsibility to a Director. They must also demonstrate the ability to provide pragmatic, innovative and commercially realistic advice in a jargon free style. Emanate Legal utilises the most up-to-date and advanced technology and a strong desire and commitment to modern technology is highly regarded.

Excellent salary (between $80,000 – $150,000) plus superannuation and other entitlements (including home computer/laptop/blackberry/mobile phone/on-site parking) will be available to the right applicant and will be negotiated commensurate with experience.

The successful applicant must be skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, with accurate keyboard skills. Legal experience is desirable, but is not essential. A pleasant telephone manner and an ability to work with minimal supervision is essential.
